Penthouse Coliseum. Cozy and very quiet penthouse holiday apartment with sunny terrace and lift, in the very heart of Rome`s historical center (Monti quarter), next to Coliseum, Forum and Capitol. Next to subway, buses, groceries, pubs, stores and restaurants. The apartment is on two floors. Lower floor: Living room with comfortable sofa-bed (for 2), small kitchen with microwave oven and washing machine, small balcony looking on a garden. A comfortable wooden staircase leads you to the upper floor: Bedroom with double bed and comfortable bathroom with tub and shower. Lovely sunny terrace, approx. 25 sqm, with garden furniture, awning and plants. This penthouse is well furnished and has a color TV, air conditioning, boom box, a washing machine and garden furniture. The size of the flat is about 50 m� + 25 sqm terrace. Parking facilities. Subway very close to the building (about 20 meters). Cleaning and linen service weekly. Max occupancy : 4 (5 with a futon). Baby cots available. We speak english, italian, german, french, spanish. The owner is at your disposal for questions, hints, tourist informations etc. In the house you`ll find maps, pamphlets and informations about what to visit, where to eat etc. WEEKLY RENTAL: 800 euro for up to 2 people, 900 euro for 3 to 4 people, all home expenses included (i.e. gas, electricity, water, heating, air conditioning, TV, bed linen & towels, cleaning at end). Christmas: 1000 euro/week. Surcharge if check out is before 8 am (50 euro). A security deposit is required. If you wish to stay in the countryside, 10 km from Rome and 4 km from Frascati, 2 detached nearby VILLAS with POOL are at your disposal with a max occupancy of 4+8.
